Core Executive Committee
The core executive of URO manages the club’s everyday operations, including setting direction of the club, leading meetings, booking rooms, managing finances, and organizing social events.
Research Experience Committee
The REX committee runs our Research EXperience (REX) program, which pairs undergraduate students interested in research with mentors from a variety of disciplines.
Student Engagement Committee
SEC is responsible for our event programming, which includes coordinating large-scale events like life Sciences Research Night and Research Involvement Fair.
Interdisciplinary Outreach Committee
IOC is committed to providing research opportunities to all students, particularly to those outside of the life sciences.
Marketing, Branding, & Sponsorship Committee
All the cool initiatives run by URO would be useless without our marketing committee! MBS creates marketing campaigns for all events, workshops, and programming.
Canadian Journal of Undergraduate Research
CJUR is a national journal for undergraduate research that features works from all disciplines. This committee is responsible for collective submissions and facilitating the peer review process.
